Content Updates

Why Updates Matter

When a health need arises, it’s essential to have access to guidance that:

  • Is based on up-to-date information

  • Reflects the Quebec context (language, laws, economic realities)

  • Evolves with scientific knowledge, technology, and evaluation methods

That’s exactly why this collection will keep evolving. The goal of AppMentalHealth.ca is to ensure the information stays reliable and useful, today and in the future.

Some apps improve their features. Others become outdated or less reliable, or change in cost. We monitor them so we can recommend what truly works, at the right time, based on your needs.

We actively monitor major app updates, improvements or declines in quality, and relevant new releases to ensure our recommendations remain helpful.

This process applies not only to the tools listed on this site, but also to those we initially excluded, so we can reconsider them if they change to meet the required quality standards.
